How do I care for my new necklace?
While wear and tear are normal over time, your pieces can live a nice long life with a little routine care and maintenance! 

✨ Do not sleep in your piece!

✨ Avoid excess exposure to water or sweat - don't shower in your piece, please. Not all crystals are water safe and can become damaged with exposure to water. 

✨ Keep out of reach of small children and pets. 

✨ Store your piece in a dark, dry space like the sari silk dust bag it came in!

What do I do if something happens to my necklace?
Don't fret! If your piece breaks within the first year of purchase please send me an email! I will gladly restring it free of charge. 

If your piece breaks outside the first year of purchase, a small restring fee will be incurred. 

Please reach out to me if something happens to your piece so we can determine the best next step for you and your jewelry. 

If your pendant experiences a break, you will be responsible for the replacement cost. I cannot guarantee that I will be able to replace the pendant.
